Your workers did an awesome job on remodeling my home. As you know, my house was built in 1980 and has a full basement. The house had developed cracks in the walls and the basement would collect water. We dealt with this for many years, trying to solve the problem. We finally decided we couldn’t solve the problem, and we had someone dig up around the basement walls. They put in a new french drain. Your company fixed all the inside water damage. I now have a beautiful place to call home. I still wish we had before and after pictures, as it is so hard to explain the magic your company did. “Very good work and professional to work with. I had built a shop at my residence using another contractor that ripped me off. Made me pull my own permit, had the inspector for the city of Conway come out twice and deemed my measurements and setback requirements good and the city allowed me to finish the building only to tell me my setbacks were incorrect and they errored, all i got was a sorry for your luck speech and cost me 16k dollars with no willing to work with me even in their erroneous decision, made me file for a variance which cost me another 400 dollars the city robbed me of just to deny it. As far as the contractor goes, he knew by me having the permit pulled myself he could just collect his money and bail. i reached out to him to also quote me on fixing the part out of compliance with no return phone call or reply to messages, glad he got paid and hung me out to dry. I contacted Sowards and they pulled their own permits for all the work they did, worked with the city inspector to make sure everything was good and took care of all the materials and vendors as should be when you contract work out. all i had to do was watch the project be completed. They were easy to work with and helped every way they could as i was already out so much money to begin with. they picked up the slack where the last crew fell off. i am very pleased with their work and service.”
